flamingo.tm ("Flamingo", "we", "us", or "our") operates the flamingo.tm web application and companion mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our tour management platform.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account.
Tour & Project Data
We store the data you enter into the platform, including tour itineraries, day sheets, venue information, budgets, guest lists, advance requests, team member details, and any files you upload.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data and error reports through Sentry to monitor application performance and fix issues. This may include your IP address, browser type, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the flamingo.tm platform
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and team collaborations
- Send transactional emails such as advance requests, tour invitations, and guest list notifications
- Monitor and improve the reliability of our service
- Respond to your support requests
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following service providers who are necessary to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Sentry — error monitoring
- Vercel — web application hosting
- Google — maps, venue data, and OAuth authentication
Tour data you create may be visible to other team members you invite to your tours and projects, in accordance with the role-based permissions you configure.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, CSRF protection on API routes, and role-based access controls to protect your information.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your tour and project data

6. Cookies
